Common questions

How do I report a bug or suggest an improvement?

Email dreamcomenull@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, the app version and what happened. If you found an error in the reference data, please name the card and, if possible, a source. A screenshot helps a lot.

Does the app work without the internet?

Yes. All catalogs, calculators and 3D models are built into the app. You only need a connection to install and update it from the App Store.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up or sign-in.

What data does the app collect?

None. Your saved pieces, favorites and settings stay on your device. The only thing that may reach the developer is anonymous crash reports through Apple, and only if you allowed “Share With App Developers” in iOS settings. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I rely on the calculated weights?

Use them as estimates. Real results depend on your wire, mandrel and technique. Weave a short test piece and enter its rings per 1 cm, and check stones and metal on scales. See the Terms of Use.

Something else?

See the manual FAQ for questions about actual size, approximate chains, languages and moving your pieces to another device.
