Fridge Pick (iOS and Android) Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Fridge Pick app, developed by Pavel Yakimenko ("I", "me"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Reference-only content

Recipes, cooking times, nutrition values and other content in the app are provided for general reference only. Results depend on your ingredients, equipment and skills. Nutrition values are approximate.

3. Allergens and health

Allergen markers and warnings are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not replace checking the actual ingredients and product labels. The app does not provide medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, intolerances or other health conditions, consult a qualified professional and always check what you eat. Follow basic food safety when cooking.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm, loss or injury resulting from the use of the app or reliance on its content, including allergic reactions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Third-party content

Dish photos are by third-party authors and are used under their own licenses (Creative Commons licenses from Wikimedia Commons, and the Unsplash License). Those licenses apply to the photos. See Photo Credits.

7. App Store users

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, the Apple EULA prevails for App Store users. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

8. Changes

I may update these terms. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
